DEUTSCHE KARRIERE is an organization that is engaged in bringing people from abroad together with German employers in order to cover the shortage of skilled workers which has long since reached Germany. Germany’s future economic growth depends heavily on the availability of qualified specialists. Through their analysis of the labor market, they have already created various requirement profiles and are proactively looking for suitable, German-speaking applicants abroad. F.L.A.G. has been appointed officially in collaboration with DEUTSCHE KARRIERE as its Skill Development Centre in Kerala for German language training.
The students of F.L.A.G. are directly interviewed by German companies through DK in order to get admission for Germany’s most demanded Ausbildung program which has admissions open to more than 320 courses including healthcare, management, technical,/l, etc. This enables German companies to strongly prefer and recruit those candidates from F.L.A.G. academy who have completed their B2 level in Germany, in order to provide free education and exposure to various job markets.
