Online Payment Policies This online payment system is provided by Foreign Languages Academy Gurukulam (F.L.A.G.). F.L.A.G. may update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately once published. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile is India.


Payment Terms Payments are required in advance for all services. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). F.L.A.G. reserves the right to change fees at any time.


Transaction Processing Payments will typically be processed within two working days. F.L.A.G. is not responsible for payment failures due to incorrect account details or declined transactions.


Refund Policy Refunds are generally not provided once payment is made. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed back to the original payment method at the discretion of management.


Privacy Policy F.L.A.G. respects your privacy. Any personal information collected is used only for processing your transactions and providing requested services. F.L.A.G. reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.

  • The first instalment must be paid at least a week in advance to avail a particular package.
  • Each consecutive instalment must be paid on completion of every 30 days after the first instalment is paid.
  • Failing in the payment of such instalments on time will result in a penalty of INR 500 for the next 15 days.
  • Failing in full payment of instalments with penalty even within the 15 days of extension will result in the fee being converted from the special package to the fee structure at normal levels. No fee amount shall be refunded in such a scenario.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • Student may change their batch for a particular level of language only with written approval of the management. This approval shall be granted only once and under special circumstances.
  • FLAG is a language school equipped with digitalized classrooms. The Academy may utilize the physical and virtual availability of trainers as per its discretion at different stages of language training to make sure the best quality of training is delivered.
  • Punctuality is expected from all students. Each student must arrive for classes on time.
  • Students must be obedient and maintain strict discipline within the class as well as on the campus premises.
  • Students will not be permitted on campus without valid ID card after it has been provided. Use of ID card in its proper format is mandatory.
  • Students are prohibited from using mobile phones on campus, in classrooms, examination halls, theatre and in any areas of the campus. If someone is found using mobile phones in an unauthorized manner, the phone will be taken into custody and be handed over only to the concerned parent.
  • Students are forbidden to leave the campus premises during the class hours without permission from the concerned teacher.
  • Regular attendance is mandatory. In the event of the student requiring a day off, prior approval must be obtained from the class teacher. Only exemption shall be made in case of a genuine emergency and in such cases, the request must be submitted through their parents/Guardian.
  • Students reported as irregular by concerned trainers will be issued with a first level of warning; those who continue with their irregularity will be removed from class without further notice and shall not be accommodated in the class again.
  • In case of a student being absent from class, it will be their personal responsibility to find out from other students about lessons imparted in that session and consequently do all pending classwork and homework. Being absent does not exempt the student from either classwork or homework assignments.
  • Our school encourages active learning; hence students should be active in class. They should ask questions, try to participate in conversation as per the teacher's guidance and speak up in case they have not understood something.
  • Students are expected to diligently complete all assignments provided by the trainer during class and as homework. Any delay in finishing homework is not acceptable.
  • Classes that are conducted shall not be repeated under any circumstances.
  • From the A2 level onwards, communication in German is mandatory. Students are expected to communicate among themselves and with the teacher exclusively in the German language.
  • The Student's Evaluation Meeting (SEM) with parents will be conducted twice per level during A1 and A2 levels. At B1 and B2 levels, the SEM will be conducted on a monthly basis. The SEM is of utmost importance and we urge you not to miss it under any circumstances.
  • Upon completion of each course level, students are required to participate in a final examination conducted by the school. In the event of a failure, students may request a retest. If a student does not pass the retest, they must repeat the current level and pay the applicable fee.
  • To be eligible for the final examination, students must maintain an attendance rate of at least 85%, possess a valid ID card and arrive punctually at the examination venue. Any academic misconduct will result in disqualification.
  • The course completion certificate requires a minimum of 85% attendance. The application will be refused if the student does not meet this criterion.
  • Students are expected to behave politely and exhibit exemplary conduct towards trainers, peers and all individuals associated with F.L.A.G. Violence or aggressiveness in any form will not be tolerated.
  • Students are solely responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom. They will not damage the classroom, its furniture or devices. Violation may result in compensation charges and in extreme cases, suspension or expulsion.
  • The student is obliged to maintain the goodwill of the school; otherwise it may lead to dismissal after two warnings. In such a scenario, fees will not be refunded.
  • The school holds the right and duty to report the attendance and performance of the student to the parent/guardian as and when needed.
  • All digital classes shall be recorded for the purpose of quality check, as well as digital marketing and commercialization.
  • Punctuality is expected from all students; they must arrive on time for classes.
  • Students must be obedient and disciplined in the class as well as the academy premises.

  • It is mandatory for students to have their course book, work book and all other required study materials as directed by their teacher in their possession each day.
  • Regular attendance is mandatory. Prior approval must be sought from the class teacher in case a student needs a day off, with the only exception made for genuine emergencies. In such cases, the request must be submitted later through their parents/guardian.

  • Polite behaviour and exemplary conduct towards trainers, peers and individuals associated with F.L.A.G. is expected. The school maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards violence or aggressiveness in any form and reserves the right to suspend or terminate candidature accordingly.
  • Students are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the classroom. They will not damage the classroom, its furniture, devices or anything belonging to the Academy. Violation may result in compensation charges and in extreme cases, suspension or expulsion.
